Southwire Coleman Cable CCI Royal 12/3 Power Cable is a 12AWG 3 Conductor cable, Utalizing Annealed Copper 65/30 stranding, which makes this a very flexible cable with outstanding conductivity.  We use this cable to make our custom made Select Series power cables.  Annealing in the presence of a reduced pressure of oxygen is a useful technique for significantly decreasing the low temperature electrical resistivity of copper.
